Kate Clark is qualified and registered with the British School of Meditation, having practised for ten years. Kate teaches a range of meditation techniques with an emphasis on gentle breath work.
Sessions will help you to; develop your focus and attention, calm your mind, and train the body's ability to relax. All sessions are designed so that you can take what you learn with you, into daily life.

Meditation for beginners course (£45pp)
5 hour course, split over 2 sessions. Small classes. A practical course covering the benefits of meditating, a range of meditation techniques, how to build habits and how to take meditation with you into your daily life.
1:1 sessions (£30)
Tailored to the individual. These can look at developing skills that you can keep returning to as and when you need them, or how to build a more solid practice - supporting you in an ongoing way.
Women’s Meditation Group (£5-9)
A space for women to meet and practise, once a month. No experience necessary. 3-4 guided meditations followed by an opportunity for tea and discussion. Pre-booking essential.
